Duplicate File Uploads Prevented on the I-9 Worksheet

Submitting the I-9 Worksheet multiple times no longer creates duplicate file uploads.

An issue was resolved where clicking Submit multiple times on the I-9 Worksheet could upload duplicate files. This caused flowback to the ATS to fail and required manual cleanup.

What's changing?

The Submit button now disables after the first click until submission completes, so repeated clicks no longer create duplicate uploads. Refreshing the PDF preview page also no longer inserts duplicate files. Flowback to the ATS now completes successfully with a single, non-duplicated file set.
